Every other week, Anthony Kozlowski pens the Atwood Magazine column Tunes & Tumblers, pairing new and classic albums with cocktail recipes. He quickly found however that drinking alone is a sad business. So he invited his friends into a recording booth to aid in mixing delicious drinks and to discuss the music that they all love. Strap on your headphones and enjoy a cold one on us.
There’s only room for one Grammy this holiday season, and ours makes sweet potato pie. Tune into our 2023 Tunes & Tumblers Thanksgiving Roundtable!
words by Nic Nichols
Special guests Gabby Perrett and Charles Rojas join us for this year’s Thanksgiving Roundtable, where we break a solemn tradition and share the things we aren’t so thankful for. Here’s a spitball list: Jack Antonoff’s production, posthumous Beatles tracks, Elon Musk (in general), the Recording Academy nominations, the Recording Academy in general…. Hey, what can we say? There’s only room for one Grammy this holiday season, and ours makes sweet potato pie.
But in all seriousness, we are all so thankful for all of you listeners who make this show possible. The community we’ve built here is truly so special, and we’re looking forward to bringing you more great interviews and exclusive content in the future!
So, here’s a big thank you to you! (This is usually when you’d say it back, just saying.)
