Described by Chenayder as a “cute and fun bop,” her latest offering sees her singing atop beds of shuffling drums and saccharine keyboard chords, all in the spirit of making peace with a not-so-distant past.
“I was in California working on a bunch of records,” the Orlando-based artist tells Atwood Magazine. “On this day I was working with two producers, and they showed me many loops and two stuck out to me, one of which was the “for one last time” loop. The reason I ended up choosing this one is because the lyrics just automatically came to me when I heard it. It wasn’t based on real experiences, but it was fun to imagine how I would feel in that scenario.”

“What that line means is that for one more moment you’ll remember us and everything we have done together,” she explains. “It could be a bad or good thing but for me, personally, I wish them the best.”
